My business was successful but I burnt out in the process.
Hey, I’m Stacey Barlow-Hill. I’m a wife, mother of twin girls, and an entrepreneur of over 13 years. I founded Live Lead Succeed after building a successful event planning business, Encore Event Design, that at times left me weary, overworked, and discouraged trying to balance my family and personal life alongside my career.
After eventually reaching my breaking point, I began seeing a mental health therapist and starting the necessary and uncomfortable journey to rediscovering my passion and spark in life. I took charge of my health mentally and physically.
Through personal reflection, I recognized my passion for coaching and empowering other female entrepreneurs to find success.
I realized that throughout my time building Encore I had been mentoring and coaching other entrepreneurs all along. I’ve helped many of my past team members transition into full-time entrepreneurship by encouraging them to lean fully into their unique passions and talents.
Today, I have the honor of continuing this work within the Balance, Maxwell Leadership, and Entrepreneurs Forever communities.
